We completely understand that the most recent changes were big, frustrating and insufficiently telegraphed to prepare you. We're working on them and we appreciate the patience, understanding and the rational discussions from the majority of our player-base who are helping us achieve the same goal.

That being said;

It is absolutely unacceptable to treat any of the staff rudely, aggressively, in a derogatory manner, etc. Yes, we all get frustrated, and it might even feel targeted, which can sometimes make it hard to communicate with one another. We're all passionate about this game after all. I can, and will, punish harshly for treating a member of my staff in such a manner. It's disgusting behavior when anyone in a service industry is subjected to it, all of us should be above that.

Take a second to re-read what you're sending before you hit the enter, or submit key, please. For the sanity of my staff, if nothing else.
