Customizations are turned back on!

They are now priced in Bloody Iron Coins, and should cost about half of what they used to.

Certificates, tokens, etc, all work as normal.

Currently class pets and things of that nature are unchanged, though we will be altering that in the future as an upgrade to the mechanism itself. We need to audit to make sure each class has something similar, for instance.

Houses are still in a weird place and are being debated. Their cost will either increase or become IC.
