I've added a paragraph to the end of HELP AUTOMATION. The intent is to close a gray area that we, the Pools, did not think was gray at all: PLAY YOUR CHARACTER.

I get that some things are repetative, and you want to automate them. Sure! But be at the computer. If you have anything that basically means you can wander off keyboard and still help people, get experience, earn gold, etc it isn't playing your character. Even if you're not directly gaining anything, like mailing artifacts to a trigger, or keeping track of things for people, giving buffs, etc.

If you're putting together your triggers, and you think to yourself, "Should I have an auto reply to tells?" then it's gone too far.
