In my first unilateral decision, I have moved the ability to vote in a
guild election from Rank 3 to Rank 2. All other standards like activity
apply as per normal.

Because the new guild system handles most basic requirements and
position editing allows for a wider variety of rank indicators, it makes
sense that the only non-voting rank be the only automatically granted
rank. This will also prevent voter disenfranchisement in the coming rank
rearrangement.

I will be in talks with guild leaders about rearranging ranks. Do not
take it personally if you find yourself demoted or promoted, I am only
allowing for a mechanism for guild leaders to fix some issues caused by
elimination of so many ranks and subsequent replacement of each by rank
5.
