Sanguis

* This is bleeding caused, and not bleeding bled.
* It will flare 4 to 12 seconds after reaching this threshold.
* It is possible for it to flare multiple times when a lot of bleeding
is caused.
- Seize now drains an extra 10% mana if the target has the blood curse
affliction.

Shapeshifting

- [2212] Reduced mutation sickness timer to 30 seconds, down from 60.
