- [2039] Soulrend and Fluxus no longer function as an instant-kill.
Instead, if you have all three brands on your enemy, it will
strike them with the three elements under your command, dealing
a large amount of damage. The brands will be removed upon use.
- [2040] You can no longer use Transfix in conjuction with Delay.
- [2040] You can no longer use oculus with Stonespike/Frostspike in
conjunction with Delay.
- [2040] Spiritbrand and Shadowbrand can now be channeled on
someone protected by shield/barrier.
- [2040] Spiritbrand and Shadowbrand channel time in Retardation
lowered to 5 seconds, down from 6.
