Monks and Tekura

Hey guys,
With the recent changes to Kai generation, we've decided to push
forth a couple of tweaks to give Tekura users a better footing in
the PvP world. While there is a slight loss in team focused
skirmishes, in return they've gotten a little extra power in duels.
More changes may come as we watch how things play out.
General
=====================
- Level 1 head damage will now block 25% of all commands until healed.
- Removed level 1 head damage delivering stupidity the affliction.
- Level 2 head damage will now periodically cause you to fall
unconscious.
- Level 1 torso damage will additionally lower all natural healing
by 10%.
- Level 2 torso damage will additionally lower all natural healing
by 20%, for a total of 30%.
Tekura
=====================
- Greatly reduced the chance of Sweepkick missing.
- Sweepkick base balance time decreased to 4.2 seconds, down from 5.
- Legstrike and Armstrike blocks can no longer break limbs, but they
will add limb damage.
- Lowered Legstrike and Armstrike limb damage to 6.25%, down from 10%.
- Legstrike, Armstrike, and Pinchblock can now proc on all types of
non-passive damage.
* The rules for this work the same as whether or not a damage
source will trigger Kai Deliverance.
- Pinchblock damage threshold lowered from 50% to 40%.
* This just lets it have the chance to fire, it's not guaranteed.
- Slam now has a third person message when it stops Tumble.
- Increased the amount of limb damage Wrench can cause to 15%, up
from 5%.
- Lowered the amount of head damage Wrench causes when all limbs are
broken to 60%, down from 80%.
- Wrench balance recovery time decreased to 3.2 seconds, down from 3.5.
- Wrench can now be parried when targeted at limbs.
- Considerably lowered the damage Wrench causes to the player when
targeted at limbs.
- Slightly lowered the damage Wrench causes to the player when you
have all limbs broken.
- Removed the cooldown from Backbreaker throw.
- Backbreaker throw now causes 20% torso damage.
- Backbreaker balance recovery time lowered to 3.5 seconds, down from
4.
- Backbreaker throw no longer adds a death counter if the target does
not possess at least one broken limb.
* This is a mending level break, not a restoration level break.
- Increased the amount of time it takes to heal the first Backbreaker
counter to 20 seconds, up from 15.
* After the first time it heals a counter, it will return to 15
seconds per.
* Essentially this gives you a wider window to land your next
Backbreaker.
- Added a message for the Tekurist and victim when a death counter for
Backbreaker is successfully added.
- Roughly halved the damage from the Backbreaker throw.
- Backbreaker throw is now sourced as brute damage, rather then none.
- Lowered how much of an effect armour has on all throws to 30%, down
from 50%.
- Axekick will now instantkill when your target has level 2 head
damage, instead of the old requirements.
- Axekick will now always miss unless your target has fallen.
Telepathy
=====================
- Lowered the mana cost of all single affliction Telepathy abilities
to 75 mana.
* Most of them hovered around 200 mana.
- Paralyse and Pacify are double the cost at 150 mana.
Kaido
=====================
- Kai Banish cooldown is now tied to the room you're standing in and
lasts for 30 seconds.
* Each tether has its own cooldown and once it is used, no one else
will be able to use banish from the same tether in that room.
- Kai Banish equilibrium cost lowered to 5 seconds, down from 6.
- You can now view the time remaining on your banishment by using
COOLDOWNS.
- Using Kai Heal for allies now shows you those that are healed.
- Rewritten a few of the Kaido abilities, submit a BUG if you find
anything odd.
