Misc

* [1950] Writhe afflictions will now replace each other instead of failing on successive delivery. Writhing will clear all writhe afflictions at once, and won't be interrupted even if you're hit with another writhe affliction while writhing.
* [1976] Vitality skills (including sanguispect) will now go on cooldown for ten minutes if triggered in a PvP setting. Three minute cooldown for PvE situations remains.

Shamanism

* [1979] Passive health regeneration will no longer bring you above 50% health if ice fetish is active.

Terramancy
----------
* [1983] Shockwave will now always break up to three bruised limbs regardless of whether the target is quicksanded or not. Normal levitation/quicksand behavior remains for unbruised limbs, and the skill will never break more than three limbs at once.

Vision
------
* [1951] You can now BANDAGELIST DECAYING <months> to list all bandages decaying in that amount of time.
* [1951] You can now MAGICLIST DECAYING <months> to do the same for enchantments, and MAGICLIST CHARGES <amount> to list enchantments with less than the specified charges.
* [1951] You can now do DECAYING <months> to list all items in your inventory that will be decaying within the specified time.
