art lets you create a variety of percussion instruments and was designed
and written by Areka!

The talent costs 75 credits and the teacher, Evadne, can be found within
the music section of the Grand Aetolian Library. Once there, you may
LEARN TALENT OF TAMBOURIER FROM EVADNE.

You may also, while in her room, check the WARES and buy the Tambourier
designs you'll need to start creating your band. To construct them,
simply BUILD <design#>.

Please note that this talent is purely for creating cosmetic items. The
items created are intended for roleplay purposes and have no mechanical
aspect.
