reflection, you will consume one, putting that charge on
cooldown for 15 seconds. Once you run out of charges, you can
no longer cast reflection.
- [1967] Galeward and Fireveil reduced to 6% chance to resist
a venom, down from 10%.

- [1945] Numbsense now provides a 10% reduction to sensitivity
bonus damage and transfix writhe time. It will no longer
