Those of you with marks from the previous incarnation of the Sect of
Blades have now been grandfathered into the new system. I've set your
total number of duels to the minimum level required to obtain the
correlated rank from the previous system. Please note that the Horn of
Toscin is not currently accessible, however you will be able to make use
of it within the week. Keep an eye on the CHANGELOGS to find out when!

Finally, I want to offer a word of warning. Participation within the
Sect of Blades comes with the caveat that you will adhere to the spirit
of the rules set forth in HELP SECT. While I really don't want to go
down this road, those that cannot keep to the rules will no longer be
able to participate.
