With the issuance of the Sky's Directive, the G.N.O.M.E. will be G.N.O.M.O.R.E.

Under the Gorshire Near Omnicompetence Magic Omitted Remedial Endowment, all pending applications by non-Spireans petitioning for assistance with obtaining magic and magic-adjacent skills will be summarily dismissed and future applications will not be considered.

Non-Spirean Gnomes are welcome to apply for grants and scholarships to pursue mundane professions and skills. Current students of Gorshire University who do not wish to pursue Spirean citizenship are especially encouraged to apply.
