It has come to the Grand Library's attention that there has been a series of marriage frauds committed lately. As the overseer of public records, we take this matter very seriously.

As such, we have filed a bounty with the city of Esterport for the deaths of one Robyn and one Tetchta, both of whom have maliciously abused their privileges as officiants to submit false records with the Grand Library without consent of the involved parties.

Their privileges have been revoked indefinitely. Please visit the constabulary in Esterport to register your intent to carry out this bounty.
