The Vibrations skill (both in Vision and Crystalism) now show extra information for the Altering and Energize vibrations.

I've renamed any instance of dormant vibrations into inert vibrations, as it's a little shorter for the VIBES display to help fit in the above information.

And lastly, you can now VIBES <target> to only show vibrations from that person. VIBES MINE will show only your vibrations.
