I've gone through HELP FIRST AID and added in a bunch of missing information into the file so that you can be the professional First Aid handler that you've always been on the inside.

Major additions include:

- Reference to the hidden prediction afflictions like 'firstaid_predict_arms'.
- An up-to-date list of defences you can add into defence priorities.
- Information on the FIRSTAID PREDICT <limb> <[+]damage%> command.

Naturally, I'm also bringing a few more upgrades to First Aid as well!

- Added FIRSTAID PREDICTIONS LIMBS to see your assumed limb damage values.
- Setting FIRSTAID <FOCUS|TREE> COUNT to zero will now make First Aid use focus / tree before consuming pills, etc, if it is able to do so.
