- Added CONFIG BACKGROUND and CONFIG WARCRY.

- Fixed hypothermia not extending salve balance when curing it.

- Headbash no longer causes an untrapped error when used on mobiles.

- Fixed artifacts duplicating their suffix power resulting in 'goggles of whitesight of whitesight' and such.

- Added new global messages when a war victory is achieved; there is one for territory capture, and one for city capture.

- MIND GLANCE no longer causes a sense/farsee alert.

- Songcalling songs will now only affect people in the same phase as you.
