I've created a new guild privilege called Secretary. You can give this to a guild position in order to denote them as an authority within the guild.

Mostly we'll use this for progs so that you can, for example, have a feature within your guild that can only be edited by the GM/Secretaries. Previously we tied this to the Display privilege (being visible on HELP <guild>) but this is a bit more intuitive.

Make sure you assign this privilege to the positions that need it!
