Two things:

First I have fixed up some of the issues with the Ciem Raid Quest. Those
of you that are familiar with it should please try to break it and bug
any problems.

Secondly, I have rewritten the way pipes keep track of the herbs.
Everything should be exactly the same, with the exception that herbs
should no longer decay in pipes. Some of the messages in pipelist and
when probing may look a little different as well.
