As I alluded earlier, there is yet another surprise for you at the close
of this Celesmas season. Aetolia now has libraries for storing,
displaying, and disseminating all manner of lore, research, histories,
laws, poems, or anything else the written page can convey. The first
library, and dare I say the greatest, is the Grand Aetolian Library run
by a studious order of monks in the hills near Lodi.

Cities, guilds, and divine orders may purchase libraries for their
organizations by speaking with their patron deity. The price will
generally be around 100,000 gold sovereigns. Clans and individuals may
also purchase libraries for their private estates as detailed in HELP
HOUSING.
