I apologize as I forgot this bug had existed. The real reason I posted
in the past that I'd be putting the other levels of artifact bows in to
Qeddwyn's shop is the following:

Although the bow speed changes, the inherent stats of the bow do not
change.

So, all artifact bow owners should weaponprobe their bow. Compare your
stats with what is listed in help artifact_weapons. If there is a
difference (which I know there will be), please let Me know via message.
