- You can now color custom emotes with CONFIG COLOR

You'll all be glad to know, that you can now direct custom emotes with
the EMOTE command.
IE:

I want to smile and bow at Gretel, so:
EMOTE smiles at $gretel, and bows gracefully.
Gretel would see: Eceru smiles at you, and bows gracefully.
Everyone else would see: Eceru smiles at Gretel, and bows gracefully.

There are a few other things you can do with targetted emotes, and you
can find the details in HELP EMOTE.
