- Spent some time looking into Kai Deliverance bugs. Our general
paradigm is that the attack needs to do damage from the same room (which
includes trees or skies) and not be an 'insta-kill'. So...

- Masochism won't hit deliverance
- Mentis whispers won't hit deliverance, unless the whisper does damage.
- JPK and FOLLOW will drop deliverance
- And the other deliverance in devotion will now not drain essence if
the person is on a landmark.
- Grove lightning will not hit deliverance.
- Grove fertility will work in jungles.
- Revlog will now not confuse buying and selling prices.
- Flowers will no longer decay inside flowerpots. This means that you
must pick them to get new ones.
- You can no longer mind lock someone who is in a saferoom.
