Here are a few bug fixes and changes:

- Falling asleep due to exhaustion will now cause those who happen to be
flying to make a crash landing. Flying if you're tired is a risky
business, and might end in more than a few bruises.

- Even though I know you love to tumble around, you won't be able to do
that when you're preparing a kai deliverance.

- Terramancy will now work deep in the mines. Be careful what you dig up
down there!
