The final votes have been cast in the contest of writing and artistry
that closed at the start of the Gala Iosai festival!

My most sincere thanks go to the judges who work hard to ensure that all
of the submissions are judged fairly, and also to the devoted writers
and artists who have spent their time creating beautiful and engaging
works for us.
