Quill of engravings/embroidery needles have been changed slightly.

First of all, quill of engravings can now write messages on items made
from the following craft skills: Furniture, forging, tailoring,
woodcraft and jewelcraft.

Obviously this renders the embroidery needle obsolete. If you owned a
needle, and don't own a quill, you can contact me for a free switchover.
Otherwise, if you trade in the needle with the ARTIFACT <artifact>
TRADEIN command, you will receive the full 250 credits the item used to
cost.

Second, the quill has had its price increased to 400 credits.

And lastly, the quill can now write its messages in colour. ENGRAVE
<item> <colour number> <message> is the new syntax for the quill. Use
'7' if you just want the default coloured text.
