- Arctar now only lasts for a random number of parried attacks
between 7 and 10.

Elemancy/Sciomancy
============================
- Reworked Copy:
* Renamed to Replicate.
* Copy has been split into two seperate spells, ABSORB/STEAL and
REPLICATE.
* By using Absorb/Steal, you gain the last ability used against
you with no time limit.
* You can then use Replicate to use the ability against the player
that hit you with it.
* Now works on ranged abilities, however Absorb/Steal has an
in-room requirement.

Shamanism
============================
- Invigorate now transfers 10% of max health to your familiar, up
from 5%.

Telepathy
============================
- Mind Strip is no longer hidden by blackout.

Toxicology
============================
- Milking has been lowered to the Novice rank.

Vision
============================
- Glance no longer costs equilibrium, nor requires it.

Misceallaneous
============================
- Levitation no longer causes fear while under the effect of
vertigo.
- Torso damage is now aggravated when you move, causing extra
bleeding to occur.
- Speed/Nervine now grants a small bonus to dodge/divert chance
once more.
