Some more artifact changes, and a handful of new artifacts! More new
artifacts will be arriving in the coming days, including class-specific
artifacts.

CHANGES:

Gem of Transmutation
--------------------
Owners can now TRANSMUTE GENDER once per Howling to switch their gender.


Boomerang
---------
Price decreased to 200 credits.


Hunting Artifacts
-----------------
A bit of a change to how these work. Instead of being attributed to
specific skills, the artifacts will now boost all damage against mobs
someone in that class does. As such, the artifacts have been changed to
be class-based. If you had a hunting artifact for a class that had a
shared skill (example, bloodfury with Praenomen and Bloodborn,
fist_focus for Zealot/Monk), and you are multiclasssed with both of the
classes, then you have been given an artifact for each of the classes.
Otherwise the power has been changed to the class you had. The powers
will be attached to whatever item you had the original power on.

Refer to HELP HUNTING ARTIFACTS for which of the artifacts belong to
which class.


NEW ARTIFACTS:

A ylembic resonator
-------------------
Price: 60 credits.

This artifact will alert the holder whenever someone enters the Iernian
Fracture.


A Pill of Transmogrification
----------------------------
Price: 150 credits.

A one-time use artifact that will switch your gender when consumed.


A Banner of Dominance
---------------------
Price: 200 credits.

When you kill someone, a copy of the banner will be staked through your
victim's corpse, declaring your dominance over them. The corpse will be
indestructible and unmovable from that location until it decays. This
effect will only trigger once per Aetolian day.


A Culling Blade
---------------
Price: 700 credits.

Those who possess a Culling Blade will bypass the starburst defence of
anybody they kill. Any other instant-revive defences (rebirth, soulcage,
substitute, etc) will only have a 33% chance of being bypassed.
