The first big special prize from the giftbags, the market stall
construction kit, has been won! Congratulations to the lucky individual.

Our next prize is a Merchant's Logbook. The logbook allows you to switch
between Mercantile skills once per hour. The best part? You will only
ever need to invest lessons in one Mercantile skill. When you use the
logbook to switch your Mercantile skill, it will remain at the same
skill rank as your previous skill.

We've also changed how the prizes will be won. It will start off with a
small chance of being won in a giftbag, and each giftbag purchased will
increase the chance of it being won for everyone.
