We've received a huge amount of liaison reports this round, so to keep
the load from getting overwhelming on myself and the liaisons,
submissions have been closed for now. Apologies to those of you who
still had reports in the making.

Within the next week or so, you can expect to see the fruits of your
reports and then a lull before the next round to give things a chance to
settle in.
