First Aid

As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce lag, we've been continually
rewriting and optimizing chunks of code. As part of these efforts, I've
rewritten First Aid from the ground up, as the old code was quite bad.
While rewriting it, I decided I wasn't satisfied with the functionality
of the system, nor with its performance. As such, I've made a few
notable changes as follows:

- I have dropped the cure tick from 4 seconds, to 1.5 seconds.
- If you have the endgame curing skill (renew, reconstitute, etc), First
Aid will utilize it.
- Writhes and other certain special afflictions will now be cured
(disruption, etc).
- Moss/Kidney has been added.
- First Aid will stand you up.
- First Aid will wake you up.
- CONFIG FIRSTAID for a summary of your First Aid, and CONFIG FIRSTAID
HELP for a bunch of new options.


In addition to this, large chunks of code involving caches, enemy/ally
lists and howls have been rewritten, so be on the lookout for any
strange bugs with those.
