- I have made it so you gain haven points every 25% of a level.
However, some of the future upgrades we are adding will take a
haven point. For example, a library upgrade will take a haven point.

- I think all the communication and who problems that havens created
are fixed.

- If you return to a haven, from another haven, HAVEN EXIT will
not return you back to the orignal haven anymore.

- Fixed several problems with some skills working across havens.
