I will be loading the new race and statpack code later today. I have
loaded the help files now so everyone can have a look. Please review
these help files if this is of interest to you. Keep in mind that NONE
of these changes have been loaded yet. I have also not changed the
individual race files yet, so it is not confusing to newbies.

ALL players will get UNLIMITED REINCARNATIONS over the next couple of
weeks so you can try them out. I am still running a few tests on the
code, but I will be loading this in a few hours.
