Well, what an incredible response!

I would like to thank the twenty three individuals who applied to join
us in the Pools over the past week. The response was the largest we have
ever seen, and we were stunned by the quality of the applications. In
the end, I interviewed a number of the applicants and ultimately we took
on five new Celani who have all begun their training and are progressing
nicely.

The most unfortunate part of this has been the number of qualified
applicants we were unable to take on at this time. Had these
applications been spread out over several calls, I have no doubt that
more than half of those that applied would have been accepted
immediately. This was not the case, however, and making the final
decision on everyone was difficult.

I am very excited and happy about our selections, but I want to be clear
that I am going to hang onto our current applications for a while.
Should any one of our new Celani not work out for whatever reason, I
will evaluate the applications anew and approach those of you who may
still have an interest. I cannot say for certain when our next general
Celani call will be, but if the results from this call are indicative of
anything, it is the great promise of Aetolia's future.
