As most of you know, Conjuration is the new skillset, recently given to
the Druids. With the creation of the Conjuration skillset, I am now
allowing cities and players to purchase Conjuration or Enchanting Rooms.

Keep in mind that Conjuration rooms will not work with Enchanting and
visa versa.

The cost is 5 million gold for cities and 500 credits for player houses.
