New homeowner artifact

A new artifact has been added to the shop:

housebind a homeowner’s security glyph 300cr

This artifact grants access to the HOUSE BIND and HOUSE UNBIND command for homeowners. Using it on an item will, as the name implies, bind it to your house, preventing it from being picked up. You can later unbind it to move it again.
* Only the owner of this artifact can use the item, and only in their own house.
* Only certain items can be bound:
– Figurines.
– Anything crafted.
– Any furniture.
– Anything decaying.
* Anything that is an artifact, resets, and certain other special items can’t be bound.
